Christopher L. Driscoll a senior partner at Jonas & Driscoll, has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous personal injury civil litigation matters. Mr. Driscoll has represented clients in a wide array of matters including but not limited to automobile accidents, fraud, dog bites, negligence, negligent supervision, dangerous condition, assault & battery, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual discrimination and defamation cases.

    Mr. Driscoll has substantial experience in arbitration, mediation and trial Mr. Driscoll authored an article concerning enforcement of oral settlement agreements published in California Lawyer Magazine.    

    In addition to completing a clerkship with the United StatesDistrict Court, Mr. Driscoll is a former litigation associate of the New York based law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander and Ferdon. Mr. Driscoll graduated Claremont McKenna College earning a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Driscoll received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School where he graduated on the Deans List.    Glen T. Jonas is the managing partner of Jonas & Driscoll. He has successfully defended numerous federal criminal cases. He practices exclusively criminal defense.

     Mr. Jonas has written extensively on criminal law issues. His articles have been published by Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and California Lawyer Magazine covering a wide variety of topics.

     Mr. Jonas has lectured on behalf of the Los Angeles County Bar Association regarding criminal law developments. Mr. Jonas received a certificate of recognition form the United States District Court for his
distinguished service.

     In addition, he has been recognized twice by the F.A.M.E. Legal Clinic for donating his legal services to the indigent. He twice served as the Co-Chairman of the misdemeanor committee for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

     Mr. Jonas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Irvine, with a B.A.in Psychology.

    Mr. Jonas earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School where he graduated on the Deans List. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the National Honor Society in Psychology.
